PREGNANCY

AMATA recognizes the sensitive treatment needs of pregnant women struggling with opioid substance abuse disorders. Female gender specific treatment services for pregnancy, post-partum, and women of child baring age. Treatment services include priority access to appropriate Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options. Compassionate, patient centered comprehensive medical care combined with evidence-based psychotherapy and treatment modalities addressing prenatal health, breastfeeding, postpartum, general health, nutrition, childcare, parenting, domestic/partner relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, psychiatric and co-occurring disorders. Referral assistance to OB/GYN, pediatricians, primary healthcare, community resources, shelter, and housing resources.
